Christopher Salis is one of the most reliable and finest start-up advisors and business consultants in the San Francisco Bay Area. Looking at his early life stages, he obtained his education from Purdue University in the year 1998. After that, he started to work in the company Adecco Employment Services as an IT Procurement Manager, and Senior IT Buyer. 

 

In this company, he handled various big projects which include IT procurement programs and various global corporate operations in 700 branches at different locations. He was also responsible for selecting and managing the different processes of the whole IT supplier base with the help of contract negotiations and RFP. Chris was also responsible for managing strategic partners and vendors of different categories. 

 

After working for more than 2 years, Chris decided to switch the company and started to work in ‘Gap Inc.’ as a manager for strategic sourcing in the year 2000. Here, Chris employed his skills and experience for more than 4 years and managed several projects efficiently. After this, he again switched the company and joined eBay as a manager for Procurement, Operational Excellence, and Strategic Sourcing.  

 

After he gained good knowledge as a Procurement Manager and operational manager, he decided to make a big move and joined Business Objects, which is an SAP company in the year 2008. He worked as Executive Director and Chief of Staff in this company and set a new benchmark in managing various SAP analytics tools and technology portfolios. With his progressive leadership, he also managed a newly formed division that was responsible for the SAP ecosystem and SAP ventures. In the working span of 2 years, he also owned C-level engagement of sales after the merger of SAP and Business Objects.   

 

Talking about his work in the field of start-up advisory and Business Consultant, he has gained extensive leadership qualities that helped many people to grow their business organically. Salis diligently works to help various start-ups and businesses so that many more opportunities can be created for the people out there.
